CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment becomes a no show, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price.
· We will secure each guest’s billing information on file prior to scheduling any service.
· When an appointment is missed we will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service price to the card on file.
· We make sure every guest is made aware of our Cancellation Policy when scheduling an appointment via phone, text & email reminders
To respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no a showed you will be subject to be charged 50% of the full scheduled service price. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will charge 100% of the scheduled service price, and will not be able to schedule a new reservation and only serviced on a walk-in only basis
We understand things happen. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment will be subject to a $20 late fee and may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See above policy)
NEW GUEST SERVICES
We require all new clients to book one of the signature Anointed Services.
Each service begins with a thorough consultation. This consultation allows the Hairdresser and the guest to discuss the vision. Followed by a cleanse, condition, styling and complete with comprehensive education about all techniques and products we recommend for you during your coaching session to help you care and maintain your hair at home.
When you book an appointment with Anointed Cuts, this time is set aside just for you. To secure your appointment, we require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking the appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The deposit may be paid by Credit Card or Paypal and is held against your booking as a credit towards the upcoming appointment.
If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit is refunded or forwarded to the new appointment time.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
As a community-focused salon, Anointed Cuts welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child, to the salon during the parent’s service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.
In the case of a child coming in to receive a service, to ensure the safety of the children and guests, a parent or guardian must accompany the child during service at all times.
ANIMALS AND PETS IN THE SALON
The only animals permitted inside of Anointed Cuts premises are approved service dogs. No other animals within the salon. We cannot allow them inside, and we don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home. will result in a $50 fee charged on your service.

Late Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment You will be charged a late fee of $20 and may have to reschedule your appointment.
Methods of payment Anointed Cuts accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Cash. We do not accept Checks.
